What a hidden gem

Booked here for three nights on way to Cornwall. Beautiful location and really friendly owners. Plenty of space to pitch and good facilities. A lot more than we expected for the price. Have booked for way back and will book again next year. Thank you for a lovely stay. The Boynes and Alfie

Great overnight stay

Stayed at underhill farm as an overnight stop to break the journey up from derbyshire to cornwall. The site was perfect for this as it is ideally situated just off the M5. We arrived very late (11pm) due to horrendous traffic but we were able to just pull in and pitch up on the hardstanding inside the gate and then saw the owner in the morning to pay etc. As we only used the site for a place to sleep we didn't really make use of the facilities other than the toilet but the showers looked great, spacious and clean. We will definitely use this site again for overnight stops but would also use for longer if we ever visit the area. Lots of space for the kids to play. Hard to rate access to places of interest as we didn't visit anywhere but there is a pub/restaurant close by and also a petrol station for refueling at non motorway prices. Lovely stay. Thank you.

A beautiful site with a warm welcome :o)

A great little CL.  A very warm welcome greated us, we only stayed 1 night but it seems to be a lovely little site with clean toilet and shower facilities, although some road noise this is easily forgotten once you take in the beautifully kept site.  Our 3 year old was smitten once he had seen the tractor, nicknamed by us 'tommy', which kept going up and down the lane with his haybales!.  We would definately recommend and would use again.
