A site for the north of Scotland
A wonderful sandy bay for walking and an ideal site for visiting east of Thurso. The wardens are most welcoming and helpful. The site suffers by being very exposed and close to the main road, though this was not a problem in May. There are only grass pitches, which might be a problem for heavy motor homes during wet and windy weather, which can be the case in this part of Scotland.
