lovely town
This was our first time at the racecourse site. Wardens were second to none, very welcoming & friendly. Site facilities not up to usual club standards & could do with an upgrade. We did use caravan facilities for this reason. The site itself is well positioned for the lovely town of Thirsk & we can imagine it will always be booked up even with sub standard facilities. We will return to the town, whether that is with caravan or to stay in one of the many guest houses/pubs in the area.
