The Caravan Club gives members freedom to go where they want, when they want

The Club gives you the freedom to do what you want, when you want, where you want – a very strong indication of the flexibility those taking a touring holiday experience, and the support The Caravan Club provides them when booking through The Club.
As Europe’s premier touring organisation, The Caravan Club currently represents over one million caravanners, motorhomers and trailer-tenters, and as a members’ organisation The Club welcomes the feedback of its members and regularly issues surveys to provide member voice, in order to make the improvements they desire.
Director General of The Caravan Club, Nick Lomas, says, “While The Club continually strives to make improvements for its members it is, of course, great to receive positive member feedback that suggests they are happy with their Club. Ultimately we are a community and the members are at the forefront of this.”
Lomas continues, “Caravanning isn’t simply about people taking a holiday in a caravan or motorhome, it enables people with a passion for the great outdoors to get away and enjoy it and is great for all ages. Families with young children, professional couples wanting a weekend escape, or retirees ready to go on an adventure, it is an easy way for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits, such as cycling, surfing or bird watching to enjoy them.”
The fact that The Caravan Club re-invests its profits into improving sites and services also resonates highly, with a massive 89% of respondents strongly agreeing that this matters to them, while many also mentioned the high quality of the sites and used words such as credible, approachable and friendly to describe The Club.
The Club is proud to facilitate tourers, whatever stage of the journey they are at. For those getting started, they can join The Club for only £46 a year and get practical advice about buying a vehicle and starting off. The Club goes on to be a faithful companion, providing worry-free touring and back-up advice, along with access to an unrivalled range of locations and other specialist services such as overseas touring and insurance. Finally, as part of The Club your views and feedback are always welcome, with your fees directly contributing to improvements.
