You pay on arrival  at the site you have booked the club does not do part payments.

Enjoy your holiday.

One of the benefits of this club is that you pay nothing in advance, not even a deposit, and you can cancel up to 72 hours before 1200 on the first day of your booking without any penalty. (Within 72 hours could result in loss of membership if you do it often.)

Report to reception with your membership card on arrival (after 1200/1300 depending on the site) and a warden will book you in and show you how to pitch and give you a site plan plus any relevant leaflets.

You could always put the money you have aside in a separate account and make some interest on it? A small interest but better in your account than anyone's else?

I've just booked for 2 weeks in July.  Is it possible to make part payments ?

Cant find anything relevant on the website.

If it is a club site there is not any advance payment required on any club site ,you pay for your whole stay on arrival,do not worry that without payment beforehand your pitch will be "sold "to others,  ,you should  have recieved an email with all your booked dates and costs ,that if you want can be printed off as a reminder to you , and take  with you if worried ,in all the years we have been members it has never been a problemcool

Ps where are you going,? there are many who post on here can advise of things to do and not in the area you are going if neededsmile

actually would a full pre-payment facility be such a bad idea? I'd like to just turn up and book in and go straight to find a pitch. It would speed up booking in on busy sites and less work for the wardens?

Still have to show your card I suppose to show it's actually you and maybe within 24 hours of your start date, on just on the day? Pay on your app?.

No !!!! and how much time would really  be saved?its only the first best pitch rush where there is normally any "delay?",undecided

It would be a new way of booking in,   as i can see the race to the office to show your membership  card , and then dash back to outfit , or one dashes to office with card and the driver is at the barrier to get a head startsurprised

When we stopped at Black Horse Farm for a night before the ferry a few years ago payment was required in advance, I think a week before. When we checked in we were given the credit card receipt and our pitching area.  We were told 70 were booking in that day, just for a night. I assume it must save some time. It certainly seemed too.

It's so you're paid up before you head off for the early Chunnel/ferry while the site staff are still in their bed.
