Stayed for a few days at the end of July 2016. Warm friendly greeting from the owners to a beautiful site, well kept, great dog walk, fantastic views, amazing sunsets and fabulous walks in the welsh hills.  One of the best we have stayed in and one to return to. Quiet and peaceful. Our dogs loved the large dog walk field, full of interesting smells and big enough to play ball. The nearby lake is well worth a visit, serving a good meal with a view.

Handed a box of free range eggs on arrival, which were delicious. Flower boxes and borders are amazing, the owners friendly but not intrusive. Mervyn is great to talk to. Both he and his wife obviously love the place and keep good care of it. Had a wonderful stay.
