Can't Really Add Anything

I planned on reviewing this Cl soon after we left. Unfortunately, everything that I wanted to say has already been said. The CL is immaculate and the owners very welcoming. The site is on a bit of a slope and levelling will almost certainly be needed but there is a plentiful supply of good levelling blocks available to borrow. The grass is regularly mown and the clippings collected. Because of Covid the toilet and showers are not in use this year but we were advised of this before we visited. There are hand sanitiser sprays and signage adjacent to the water taps, WC emptying point, each EHU and the waste bins. Would we visit again? Yes, most certainly.

Lovely stay here!

We have just spent 8 nights at Cowslip Cottage and would like to say a very big thank you to Adoree and her husband Mike. We were greeted on arrival by Adoree and were made to feel very welcome right from the beginning of our stay - it was lovely. We walked into Weymouth from the site as we have a motorhome - there is a good bus service a short 20 minute walk if you prefer. The site itself is beautiful with lovely views of the open countryside. Washroom facilities weren`t open this time due to Covid but it did not affect our stay at all. We will be going back. Fabulous site

We had to change our day of arrival due to family commitments and Mrs Durand could not have been any more understanding and kind. The site is just beautiful, immaculately kept and easy to access. There was hand sanitiser in all the shared spaces. Everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Adora 😎.

😊

Thank you to Mr & Mrs Durant for all their efforts. Lovely CL that put all the main sites in England that we have stayed at to shame.

Just amazing !

Wow what a site! We knew within 5 minutes that one day we will return - its everything everyone has already mentioned and more - such lovely people too- facilities are the best we have ever experienced and the attention to detail was outstanding -towels and wash hand basis in each toilet cubicle and soft close toilet seats! Great views from the site and a great place to explore - if you are lucky enough to be able to get in, you will not be disappointed. There is so much to see and do from this site. Many thanks for a great 2 weeks (weather was fabulous too) Sam and Kev

Cracking Site

Just returned from a week stay at this lovely site. On arrival we were met by the owner who was very welcoming and friendly. If required they were always available but not in your face. The view over the hills towards Hardy's monument is beautiful. The location of the site is close to numerous places, we cycled everywhere as the the cycle paths are brilliant taking you off the busy roads. As described previously the facilities are immaculate. It's the best cl we have visited so far. We enjoyed it that much we have booked for next year.

5 star cl

Great site within easy reach of Weymouth, the facilities are spotless as everyone else has said. The owners are very helpful regarding local amenities ,they can tell you where excellent fish and chips can be found. We had our caravan at 90 deg to the photo pointing downhill so we can look at the view through the front window. Will definitely try and book again.

A little gem!

This was the best site we have visited, with amenities superior to many 5* locations. The toilets (each with en-suite wash basins) and shower are immaculate, in much larger cubicles than one normally finds and equipped with all those little extras that many sites fail to provide such as plenty of hooks and a shelf in the shower large enough to hold all your toiletries. There is no extra charge for the washing machine and tumble dryer and complimentary washing up liquid and kitchen roll are provided. Be sure to follow the directions given by the site owners. We didn’t and our sat-nav took us through some very narrow twisty roads with many blind corners. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout; highly recommended!
