We used this CL as an overnight stop when travelling to Cornwall. The pitches were well spaced and the outlook was lovely overlooking the fishing lakes, a very peaceful and pleasant site. However I feel I must mention a warning to motorhomers that the water taps are fitted with hoses that cannot be removed which made it impossible to connect our hose up and fill the tank with water. I mentioned this to the owner when he came to see us and he told me that no-one had ever complained before and all that was needed was a connecter to join 2 hoses together - we don't carry one with us!! Fortunately we had enough water on board for the one night that we were there. On looking back at other reviews I now see that someone previously (2019) has mentioned this - sadly I didn't read back that far! The problem could be so easily remedied by having just one normal tap for drinking water at the entrance. In summary, a lovely site perfect for caravans but not for motorhomes.
