Wonderful site, a real gem

We've just stayed here and the owners couldn't have been more helpful. We had a fabulous stay, the site is new with lovely lawns, shower, toilet, tv and sitting area available. Electricity and water on every pitch. The views were amazing from the moment we woke up to after dark with the lights from Malvern on the hillside a way away. Easy to get to from the M5, so excellent stop-over or for a longer holiday to explore Upton-upon-Severn etc. Great pub just up the road too. This will definitely be a regular for us for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful break.

First visit, but not the last

Slightly puzzled why this is called a country park but so what.....it was just perfect for a quiet get away. Great pitches with mod cons and shower and a hot water flushing loo ! So peaceful..........lovely welcome from the chickens....they are so much better than a vacuum cleaner. Great open field with lovely views of the Malvern Hills. So much space was able to fly a small power kite. Well placed for getting around.....Tewksbury Abbey is awesome. Will definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful setting. Big thanks to the owners for making us feel welcome.

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights, easy to find, good directions. Really convenient for the M5 great stop over or longer stay in our case. Shower is a work in progress but very clean. Water and ehu on every pitch, friendly owners, came bearing fruit tarts, for us ! A pleasant stop as an alternative to the club site at Tewksbury, this will be our new stop over from the north west. Also good pubs nearby !

Beware of the chickens!!

What a lovely site. Mr & Mrs Williams were friendly - and their chickens were even friendlier! We arrived the week after the toilet and shower were commissioned, and we can report that they are of the highest quality. The building is an on-going project, but the facilities are in good working order. As it says in the name, there are views of a hill - a whole range of them. Look the other way and you can spot the top of the Panorama Tower at Croome just a short distance away. On certain days this is open to the public (https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/croome/features/panorama-tower), but you can still walk up the hill to see it at any time. There is a little noise from the motorway depending on the direction of the wind, and the odd aeroplane flies over, but generally very peaceful. The eggs are excellent, too.

A Wonderful Find

This CL is great for peace and quiet - just what we were looking for. Its not in the Sites Directory yet but Mr Williams- the owner will email joining instructions. Best to follow these and approach from the Kinnersley end of Birch Lane. The CL is gated and a key to padlock is issued on arrival. The site in pan flat, the pitches large and each is served by EHU and own fresh water tap. The owner has just completed a toilet and shower unit and has plans to fit a washing machine. There are excellent views of the Malvern Hills. Upton on Severn is 4 miles away, Pershore 5 miles, Malvern 12 miles and NT Croome 2 miles. All are worth a visit. Its a good area for cycling, sitting just off one of the national cycle routes - 45(?). Plenty of footpaths also close by. No dogs allowed as owner's chickens roam the paddock. One small downside - some background "white noise" from the M5, but you only notice it if the wind is from the east. Overall - highly recommended.

Wonderful Site

This is a new and immaculate site with excellent facilities, very spacious with water and electricity supply to each pitch. Mr & Mrs Williams made us most welcome on arrival and helpful throughout our stay. The views of the Malvern Hills are wonderful, especially with an evening sky. There a lots of places to visit, we had a marvellous week and we shall definitely return.
