Loved this place!

Lovely warm welcome from friendly owner - very well maintained and clean facilities - beautiful spot with level hard standing pitches and nice views. Really pretty and peaceful little site for which we paid £13 for the night. Sadly we were on a one night stopover but we'll be back!

Excellent site

This is an excellent site, we were on the corner site, perfectly level, we stayed for 2 lovely nights. On one of the days we walked down to the railway station and rode on the beautiful steam train. We walked along the lovely canal. The welcome was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We really had a great stay and will be happy to stay again Trisha

Well kept

We stayed at this site for five nights over Easter. There are a few rules but, when you think about them, they are obvious and make this a lovely site. Mr. And Mrs. Sherratt take a pride in the site, the grass is kept short, the toilet, shower and whole site are kept clean and they are a lovely couple.

Just as it should be.

A really nice CL. We were warmly welcomed and shown the very tidy facilities. The five hardstanding pitches are well spaced, no over booking, a feeling of space for all. Everything just as it should be with the added bonus of being Adult Only, so no footballs etc. DEEP JOY.

Very Pretty Site

We only stayed for 2 night as we were visiting relatives, but this site is so well maintained and the garden immaculate. Good clean facilities and lovely surroundings.

Beautiful site

This is a lovely peaceful site with spacious level hardstandings. If you've got a motor-mover it will come in handy to get on and off some of the pitches without running on to the well kept grass, especially if there are cars parked. The owners are lovely too, very friendly and make you feel most welcome. This CL has everything we look for in a site and is ideally located for all the things we love about Staffordshire. We've been a couple of times already and will definitely be returning.

Lovely site

We stayed 4 nights in late july. Very neat and tidy site with good hard standings. very clean and tidy. However we did struggle to position our large caravan on the bottom right hand plot without running on the grass This one ought to be dedicated to motor homes., as there was a large pine tree on the corner. Having said that we enjoyed our stay. Found the owners very friendly and helpful. Stunning part of the country. We loved exploring the minor roads the see the fantastic scenery. Highly recommended

Perfect!

An absolutely brilliant site! A warm and friendly welcome by the owners coupled with one of the most well laid out sites we have visited. Everywhere was spotless and cared for. Good sized pitches and lovely even ground. We only stayed for one night, but only because they were fully booked, otherwise we definitely would have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

PERFECT PITCH

A very warm welcome from very friendly owners. The hardstanding pitches are very well laid out and the surrounding grass is well tended. There are also excellent views of the staffordshire countryside. Beautiful annex for bed & breakfast at the back of the house which was used by our elderly family members. There is so much to do in the area including a visit to the cheddleton steam railway. Would definately return
