Pleasant and convenient site close to Filey

Spent 3 days here in March 2017. Weather dull but mainly dry. Pitches are hard so no problems with sinking in. Pitches are slightly sloping but nothing levelling blocks can't cope with. Our 6 metre motorhome was easy to get in. Big motorhomes might have a little more difficulty. Water and electricity adjacent to all the pitches. On leaving I could not find the chemical disposal point so I emptied it when I got home. Very good bus service at the end of the site road, although the nearest bus stop is another 300 metres towards Filey. No good trying to flag a bus down as the road is mostly double white lined so they can't stop. Hourly service to Filey and Scarborough with timetables at the stops. From Filey bus station you can easily get to Scarborough, Bridlington, Hull and most of the villages around the site. Cleveland Way (Clifftop path) leads to Filey but much shorter by road. TV reception with a standard rooftop caravan antenna was pixellated so didn't bother with TV. All in all a very good site - quiet at night and very nicely kept. Warm welcome.
