A Hidden Treasure

We have visited this site on a number of occasions and still enjoy going back to it. It is ideally located being a short drive from the A1, with good access onto the site (even if you have a large unit). The site is a short drive from Huntingdon if you need to pop out to get some essentials, or 25 minutes to Peterborough or 35 mins to Cambridge. If you enjoy walking the site leads onto open fields with rights of way signposted. There is a wood a short walk from the site, or stay on the site and enjoy the surroundings. As mentioned in other reviews there is a train track that you can see in the distance, it is definitely more than 200 metres away and you rarely notice the trains as the noise from then is not very loud, plus they are not that frequent. The pitches are on grass and even in bad weather we have not had a problem getting on or of the site. The site is always neat and tidy with a Moonhenge in the same field; if you search Moonhenge on google you will find footage showing you the site to give you an idea of the layout, which looks better now it has matured. All in all we find it a lovely place to visit, we have always a warm welcome from Mr Parsley and we look forward to going back again in the near future
