Delightfully peaceful site not far from Mountains of Mourne
We stayed here to avoid some of the busier sites close to the Mountains of Mourne and were not disappointed. Mr Magennis was most helpful on the phone and gave a warm helpful welcome on arrival. Advice on shops and a very nice, buzzy restaurant in Rathfriland very good.
Grass well mown, ground pretty firm. Water and electric all close at hand.
The access with a caravan or a motor home definitely easiest from the north, as in the description, due to gate alignment.
Surprisingly there were 3 ‘rigs’ on site for one night that we were there but it was still wonderfully quiet!
