Ease of arrival/welcome

Nice - BUT with reservations that could be put right

1 - the massive dog that leaps up and barks at you as you walk in could be disturbing to most, and hell on earth to a dog phobic ..... 2 - the chem disposal point has a square opening of only about 8 inches each way, with a no surface slope (there's a flat surround) and the lid has to be lifted with a handle that sticks into two holes atop the lid, which easily comes out ..... 3 - this protudes about 2 inches above ground level and is an unambiguous danger - one could trip over it if stepping back from the drinking water tap, for example (if nobody yet has, that is NOT proof that I am wrong) .... 4 - the flow-away from the point where you pour in the unwanted contents is slow flowing, and progress is impeded by a dollop of what looks like turd at first sight, but turns out to be a clump of concrete - the finish is just not as good as the condition of other elements around the site. (I don't like the kitsh statues, but that's a matter of taste.)
