Good for families

A good site for a 'stop-over'

We stayed with our two small dogs for two nights in June 2018 because of it's excellent location close to the M42. The site is well managed and the wardens were friendly and helpful. There are two toilet blocks, A & B. Toilet block A is obviously the more elderly of the two and, whilst being kept spotlessly clean, it was dated and in need of an upgrade. The dog walk on-site is small and the ones across the fields had long grass and looked as though they would be muddy in the winter. The farm shop is close and within easy walking distance and has a footpath all the way to it. It is well stocked with a wide variety of goods. Unfortunately the Cafe is not dog friendly, although there are tables outside on which you can sit (not much good if it looks like rain). We will definitely be returning
