This may sound a negative review but this is a great site and we would definitely come back but feel it's important to give the site an honest review. We arrived at the site quite late (about 5.30pm) and there were very few pitches left. The site is on a series of terraces almost and the pitch we eventually found (they were quite tricky to see where the pitch markers were) was on a steep slope. We just about managed to get the caravan level. However the awning did not go up particularly well as we could not fix it to the ground well in some places. The site was immaculate. Clearly those working there take great pride in the site which should be applauded. The facilities were exceptionally clean and each section had a toilet/shower block within a short walk. The play area for the children was a godsend too. Some people were playing music in the evening (not really loud but enough for us to hear them.) There was also a band on at the social club in the village which could be heard until about 11pm. Just a warning to anyone who wants complete quiet! We visited Splash swimming pool which is nearby and great for the children and Sheringham which had its annual Potty Festival on at the time. More morris dancers than you can shake a stick at. Overall a fantastic site and in a great location.
