Second time we’ve stayed here and I’ve already booked for next year. Can never get more than two nights it’s so popular but I can see why. The facilities are the best I’ve used so far with everything you need plus exceptionally clean. The wardens are extremely friendly and so very knowledgeable and helpful. Peter in particular. This is the gateway to lots of country walking right from the site and with Grassington and Linton also not far away, there are more pubs and things to see and do. The local Spar is also 10/15 mins walk away and it was very well stocked up so, if you forget anything, not a problem. There’s even a large fridge stocking meats and veggie things for the barbecue etc…. This time we went over to the local pub which is well worth a visit and just a short stroll away on the adjacent static caravan site. Food, service and ambience was great. The only problem we had this time was getting a TV signal and that’s what you get if parking up in the quiet corner. All was solved by purchasing a booster cable from the office. See you all again next year if not before.
