Very disappointed with this site. Not only did we get charged the premium price by caravan club, when the site itself had reduced their prices. found this site to be poorly maintained. The plots had not been tidied for many months. The showers and toilet area although are cleaned are not maintained and the drains smell badly. Dog excrement was left on the path next to reception and not cleaned away over a few days. Only good thing going for this site is its location. The entertainment is okay, quiz good. Would we return. I certainly don't think so. The chemical toilet facility has certainly not been cleaned and maintenance was poor. No wonder there was a fly infestation....

They have advised: “We endeavour to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction and sincerely apologise that recently we may have fallen short of these expectations and our usual high levels of service. Immediate action will be taken to ensure that the maintenance of pitches is investigated and improved alongside implementing the installation of dog waste bins and bags.
