Good for families

Good site can definitely recommend

We stayed here for 5 nights in mid-August and enjoyed the site. Good size pitch, takeaway on site made good burger and fish and chips and you could order pizza too - these proved good value for money as were quite large and my family thought they were delicious! There are a lot of children on site which wasn't overly noisy, but maybe not the site for you if you are looking for peace and quiet. Facilities were good. Toilets and showers clean, but think a large mat going into the toilets would've stopped mess from dirty shoes being trodden in, and it was very dry when we were there too, would've been worse if it had rained. We managed to get a shady spot which kept the heat off as we had a couple of 30 deg C days. Staff were helpful and it was very well set up, can definitely recommend. Good base for visiting WW1 forts, etc around Verdun and popping into Belgium.
