The Club wins six Gold awards, alongside Silver, Bronze and Highly Commended honours, recognising outstanding achievements across its people, customer experience teams and contact centre operations.

14 October 2026 – The Caravan and Motorhome Club is celebrating a remarkable night of industry recognition after securing six Gold awards at the 2026 UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) Awards, held on Friday 9 October.

The Club was recognised across individual, team and organisational categories, with six Gold awards highlighting its commitment to exceptional customer service, colleague development, customer experience and continuous improvement.

The annual UKCCF Awards champion excellence across the UK contact centre sector, recognising individuals, teams and organisations that deliver outstanding service, operational innovation and customer satisfaction.

Following a rigorous judging process, the Caravan and Motorhome Club achieved an impressive set of results, with colleagues recognised for their individual contributions and teams celebrated for their collective achievements.

Carol Hamer was named Agent of the Year, while Laura Arnold won Team Leader of the Year, with fellow team leader Robyn Millward receiving a Highly Commended distinction in the same category. Natasha Shane took home Gold for Diversity and Inclusivity Champion of the Year.

The Club also achieved Gold in three team and organisational categories: Customer Experience Team of the Year, Improvement Strategy of the Year and Small–Medium Contact Centre of the Year.

These successes were complemented by further recognition, including Bronze for Oli Simpson in Customer Experience Manager of the Year, Silver for Glen Robertson in Support Person of the Year, Highly Commended for Jess Woodvine-Wadeson in Industry Newcomer of the Year, and Bronze for the Club’s Member Relationship Team in Complaints Management Team of the Year.

Philip Hardy, Head of Operations, Membership Services at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, said:

“Being recognised across so many categories at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards is a tremendous achievement, and we’re incredibly proud of everyone who has contributed to this success.

“To see our colleagues recognised individually, alongside the achievements of our wider teams and our approach to improvement, is a testament to the dedication, empathy and professionalism that underpin everything we do.

“Every day, our teams work tirelessly to support our members and guests and help them get the very best out of their outdoor holidays. These awards celebrate the talent, commitment and care our people bring to that experience, and I couldn’t be prouder of what they have achieved.”

Celebrating individual and team excellence

The Club’s results reflect the breadth of talent and expertise across its contact centre operation, from colleagues delivering outstanding service directly to members and guests to the teams and leaders driving improvements behind the scenes.
