What is the current rental process?
To help protect both customers and employees, Enterprise® have modified the car rental process. This includes the addition of kerbside rentals at their locations to help promote social distancing by getting you quickly on your way while avoiding foot traffic in their locations. Delivery is also offered at selected locations throughout the country**. Please contact your rental branch for availability. Whether you are picking your vehicle up kerbside, or if Enterprise® deliver it to you, they committed to maintaining proper distance throughout the process. - **Pick-up service is only available through Enterprise Rent-A-Car and is subject to geographic and other restrictions. Please confirm pick-up service location with the specific branch you are using after you've made a booking through the links or phone number below. Please note, you are responsible for the hire car and need to ensure you are on site at the time of the pick-up and drop-off service. Site staff are not accountable for your car hire service.

- Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.
