Adria Altea Competition - Rules of Entry:

The prize includes:

• One brand new Adria Altea caravan provided by Adria (worth £29,000); and
  

• One year’s FREE Caravan Cover provided by the Caravan and Motorhome Club.

Terms and Conditions

• Please read the terms and conditions below (Terms and Conditions), which apply to entry into this prize draw and which you agree will be binding on you if you enter. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” or “your” means the person who enters the competition. “We”, “us” “our” and “the Club” means The Caravan Club Limited (company number is 00646027) whose registered office is East Grinstead House, London Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1UA, trading as the Caravan and Motorhome Club. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with our general competition terms and conditions, available at: www.caravanclub.co.uk/offers/competitions/ which also apply to this prize draw. Please note that in the event of any conflict between a provision in these Terms and Conditions and our general competition terms and conditions, the provision in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• All entrants must be aged 18 or over and must be residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
• Entries may be submitted from Friday 23 May 2025. Entries close at 23:59 on Sunday 19 October 2025. The winner will be notified by Friday 24 October.
• To submit an entry to the competition, participants must enter the required fields in the online entry form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are received from the same individual (including the use of multiple email addresses), only the first valid entry will be accepted and all subsequent entries disqualified.
• The telephone number provided in the entry form will only be used to contact the winner in relation to the competition and will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes. No other personal data supplied will be used for purposes unrelated to the administration of the prize draw unless the entrant has explicitly opted in.
• The winner will be selected using a random number generator and notified via the telephone number and/or email address provided in the competition entry form.
• Employees, contractors, and representatives of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Adria, and any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration or promotion of this competition, are not eligible to enter.
• The Caravan and Motorhome Club reserves the right at any time to change these Terms and Conditions or modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of the Caravan and Motorhome Club in all matters under its control is final and binding (acting reasonably) and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Any amendments to the prize, if requested by the prize winner, will be exclusively at the winner’s expense.
• The winner must claim the prize according to the instructions provided in the notification within 30 days of being notified.
• If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, the Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize. (If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, the Club, acting on behalf of Adria, reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize, following instruction from Adria.)
• The Adria Altea caravan is supplied by Adria Concessionaires Ltd. The Caravan and Motorhome Club is not the supplier of the caravan and shall not be liable for any failure by Adria to deliver the prize. In the event the prize is unavailable, no cash alternative will be provided and Adria reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. Neither the Club nor Adria makes any representations as to the colour or specification of the prize. We do not give any representations, warranties or undertakings in relation to the prize. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the prize is suitable for your purposes.
• The free Caravan Cover is provided directly by the Club and membership of the Club is required to provide the cover. If the winner of the prize is a non member, membership will be provided free for one year to enable the free Caravan Cover to be provided.
• Provision of the free Caravan Cover is subject to the cover eligibility and underwriting criteria. The winner is required to provide full and accurate information to enable the cover to be set up. If conditions can't be met by the winner, the Caravan Cover element of the prize will not be provided - no cash or other alternative or transfer of the cover is permitted. Any amendments to the cover made by the winner during the 12 month period of cover may result in a charge.
• The Club will send the first name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within 30 days after the closing date of the competition, naming the specific competition and requesting the details of the winner, and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address.
• The Club will not be liable for any non-receipt of entries and accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
• By entering this competition, you consent to your personal data being processed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club for the purposes of administering the competition. If you are selected as the winner, your data may also be used for related publicity. • Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding.
• The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity activities arranged by both the Caravan and Motorhome Club and Adria. As a minimum, the winner will be required to provide a quote for the Club magazine and be willing to be photographed and interviewed, with content used for promotional purposes by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. By accepting the prize, the winner grants both organisations a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use their name, county, image, and any associated content across all media formats for the purpose of publicising this prize draw and any related publicity activities you take part in.
