To support members we've lowered the deposit value from 20% to just 10% (or £20 minimum) per booking for all UK Club campsites. This reduced the average deposit value per booking to just £25 which helps members afford to place bookings and ensures that speculative bookings and cancellations are kept low (which frees up availability for all members).

This came into effect on 9 June 2023 and will now (from 18 Sept 2023) continue for bookings placed up until 31 December 2023. The 10% deposit applies for any bookings made at UK Club campsites for any stay in 2023 and 2024.

Free cancellations and amendments are available, and deposits will be fully refundable during this time period, providing the cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to arrival.

We have chosen to extend this incredibly low deposit as the economic situation is still challenging and we wish to support members as much as possible. We will revisit the deposit value later in the year.

No. It is FREE to cancel providing you do so more than 21 days before arrival (you will be fully refunded the original deposit paid). Full or part cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in a loss in some or all of the deposit you originally paid (we retain some or all of the deposit depending on whether you're cancelling some nights of your stay or all nights of your stay).
