How do I see what the new lower price is?
The price reductions have already been made, therefore you are able to view daily pricing within the availability calendar of each Club campsite, accessible via the website and mobile app.

I am upgrading from a Grass Pitch, is the price still the same?
The upgrade price is based on upgrading from a hardstanding pitch to the serviced pitch. If you are upgrading from a grass pitch you will still benefit from the lower serviced pitch upgrade price, but you will still need to pay the difference in price between the grass and hardstanding.

Can I use this in conjunction with other offers?
Yes, this can be used in conjunction with other offers available at the campsite.

What is the difference between a Serviced Pitch and a Hardstanding Pitch?
Serviced pitches come with additional facilities which provide drinking water and are able to accept grey water. Details can be found on our pitch types page.

I have an existing booking, can I benefit from the new promotions?
Promotions are only available for new bookings. Therefore, if you have an existing booking and want to benefit from the promotions, the existing booking will need to be cancelled, and a new booking will need to be made.
Please bear in mind our Deposit Terms and Conditions when cancelling your existing booking within 21 days of arrival (if you cancel within 21 days you may lose your existing deposit).
