A seasonal pitch is a pitch on one of our campsites which is rented out on a long term basis, for up to 10 months at a time. Pitches offered will be on either hard or grass surfaces depending on the campsite, and all have a bollard at the pitch to hook-up to your electric.

When you make a booking for a seasonal pitch, you are purchasing the whole period stipulated. Unfortunately we can't take part-duration bookings but we can take bookings for a pitch that becomes available after the start date of the seasonal pitch period. The fee will be prorated accordingly. The booking terms and conditions accompanying the booking form provide full details.

The maximum time guests are allowed to stay on a campsite varies depending on each campsite and is usually either 21 or 28 consecutive nights, with a 2 night gap before guests can return to the same campsite. However, there are a few campsites where guests may be asked to vacate for longer periods in between stays. Please ask individual campsites for clarification.  If you don’t comply with this condition we may terminate the Seasonal or Base Pitch.

The process has moved to a first come first served basis in order to provide a quicker response to applications (the previous ballot process, which generated a lot of uncertainty amongst members wishing to book a seasonal pitch, has now ceased).

Applications are online and we're no longer accepting postal applications. If your preferred payment method is not by direct debit (the most popular way) you may pay a single payment by credit or debit card. Simply select the option on the online application form, and one of our team will call you back to take your details.
