Not our first visit to this lovely site & we will be returning.Since our last visit before Covid Mr& Mrs Wellock have installed fully serviced pitches including tv ariel ,there are beautiful clean showers & toilets & its so peaceful with abundant bird life especially gold finches [ take a bird feeder along with you] It's lovely to see the cows coming over the fields to be milked. Local shops in Gargrave for provisions and lots to see do in surrounding area.

Last visited this site over 15 years ago, it's excellent water to each pitch, aerial lead to each pitch. Loads of room and space. Very well maintained. Very friendly owners hope to return in the future..

Our Favourite site

Seat House
We returned to this site after 6 years and it was even better than before, new shower/toilet are very nice and each pitch now has drinking water and tv aerial. It is very clean and so well looked after and in a superb location to explore the Yorkshire Dales with Skipton only a short drive away. Mr & Mrs Kellock are so helpful and friendly and made our stay all the better - well done and thank you, we will be back next year

Good site

Seat House
Recently stayed at this very pleasant site. Great location, well maintained and good having water and tv aerial to each pitch. Mr Wellock was very helpful. Be careful when choosing your pitch if you are there in school holidays or weekends as we were on a pitch adjacent to the commercial site and it was very noisy. Think if you were on their second CL this also may be a problem.
