What a fantastic CL site!

I can't rate this site enough. Beautiful site, very welcoming and helpful owners and very quiet. Brilliant walks around The Kings Forest only a very short walk from the site. Toilets and showers clean.

Peaceful site

Very peaceful site set in lovely surroundings. Spacious and very well maintained pitches, would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Another lovely CL near Bury St Edmunds

Enjoyed a wonderful three night stay in unusually warm February weather, site was well kept, owners friendly and helpful. Arrived to find that even the gravel had been raked into lines, felt such a shame to drive our tank over it but as it turned out I think it was just where the grass roller had just gone over the, very well maintained, gravel hard standings. As always a video can give you much better impression of the site than I could ever describe so here's a link to my video of the site on youtube. https://youtu.be/vrm47maaOik

Overnight Stopover

Arrived at site, gravel hard standing, set up and plugged in electric. Very peaceful site with ducks roaming from the small ponds. Onsite facilities good with shower, toilet and washing up sink. Local information sheets.

Wet four days

We stayed 4 nights on this well cared for CL to visit the local area. The weather was very wet and the ground conditions sodden even so we had no trouble getting onto the hard standing pitch we selected. We round the facilities offered to be clean and well kept although it was too cold in the building housing the showers and toilets to use the showers, In the warmer months I would expect this not to be a problem. The hard standings are just about long enough to park a caravan and car on them but are not wide enough to avoid stepping out onto soaked ground. Having a large motorhome I would have also liked to see the trees on the access track cut further back. The area is great for walking and there is a Country Park nearby with a good visitors centre and café and a replica Anglo Saxon village. There is a bus service into Bury but we did not use it or check its frequency. We hope to return in better weather.
