Why stay here ...

Following redevelopment on Pembrey Country Park, children can now enjoy a brand new play area and other site-wide improvements include a newly installed motorhome waste point and 12 new serviced pitches.

Set on the edge of a 520-acre country park, Pembrey Country Park Club Site has all the luxuries you could ever wish for. The space allows a range of outdoor sporting activities to participate in with the use of the seven-mile stretch of safe, sandy beach only a mile away. You could spend your entire holiday happily occupied within the caravan park itself and for families this may be the perfect site to spend your holidays at.

For the parents, Pembrey Country Park Club Site's main selling point is the superb Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course just 4 miles away. Older children have the use of an equestrian centre with riding on the caravan site as well as a super dry-ski slope and toboggan ride. For the little ones, the miniature railway is noteworthy, and there's also an adventure playground to keep them busy. Located in picturesque Pembrey, Llanelli, this part of Wales retains the splendour that makes it a favourite amongst caravan owners of all ages. Even getting to the beach is a pleasure with access available for cycles. Bird and butterfly watchers will find the area a delight, and there are a whole series of guided walks. Fantastic site

We stayed at Pembrey Country Park for 3 nights in August 2018 on a serviced pitch. Site is fantastic and clean with a great playground and facilities. Lovely layout of pitches and plenty of space. Look forward to returning in 2019.

Pembrey

Wa booked for 2 nights in December. The welcome was very friendly, the site very quiet at that time. The facilities were very clean. We had a lovely 4 hour walk from the site through the woods and back along the beach. The beach is miles of sand! Will definitely visit again

Lovely stay at a quiet time of year

We stayed here for four days 26 - 29 November & there were just a few others on site too. This made for a fabulous quiet time despite the weather being a bit inclement. We took our dog, who thoroughly enjoyed the local walks as did we. The wardens are absolutley lovely & so very helpful too. We will definitely return during quiet non school holiday times as can imagine it to be a very busy site during these times. A very small point was the water pressure was a little slow at times in the shower blocks but this did not detract from a superb location & site.

Relaxing stay

We stay at this site alot as the location and wardens are excellent. However beware of a sneaky fox who has a shoe fettish! if anyone finds a left ahd airwalk trainer can you let the club know as I caught him 'red pawed' in my awning, but he managed to escape ... Many thanks.

Half term break

We had a lovely stay at Pembrey during October half term with our kids. It was our first use for our new caravan And this site made it a brilliant first time out. Good facilities for the caravan services. A lovely little park for the kids to play in and excellent access to the country park. We went on several cycles around the forest and along the cycle path which is extensive and well maintained. My only small criticism is there is no easy cycle access from the site onto the cycle path. Nothing major just means crossing the road and getting across a field of grass. I’m sure this is something which could be improved upon over time. Overall we had a lovely stay and I’m sure we will return at some point.
