Wifi failure

is there someone who can assist me to get my wifi to work on my iPhone? I have paid for one year's subscription and so far have lost two days worth. We tried calling the support line and had no answer. I have attempted switching wifi off and on again and every time the same thing happens.Namely, the caravan club network appears in settings with the "fan" but no log in is asked for. I see the 'Fan" up on the bar but we are blatantly not connected. Every website we try says we are not connected to the internet. I am managing to be on on my iPad now but wish to have it on my phone instead .I am aware in order to use two devices you must log out and have attempted this several times again to no avail.

I have tried forgetting the network on the iPhone several times, putting the phone off and on but again no joy.My husband had the same yesterday with his IPhone using my log in and also on the iPad.Cosequently he has had to spend another £25 and register as a different user in order to be able to get on at all.£50 was not in our budget plans for a year of internet as we are using it between us.

We , neither of us have had any trouble on our phones using the caravan and camping club wifi . I would rally appreciate some assistance if possible please.

Are there other people near you who are able to use the wifi normally?  If so, I would say it is an iPhone failure and not a wifi failure.

Unfortunately, it is a feature of the iThings that you cannot remove the battery to force a "hard" reboot, but I have heard of people allowing their device to flatten the battery to cause the same effect. If you do this be aware that it may loose information and that although flat the battery will recover slightly in a few hours being idle, so a couple of switch on - go flat cycles may be needed before you recharge.

Hi sometimes my wife and I have problems as we are using one contract and switching between our iPads and iPhones. We quite often type in logout.net on our web browser which seems to kick start the wifi portal. It may be one of your devices is connected so try separately on each device the one connected will come up with a screen showing how long connected and how many days left with log out or log in showing below. Not an expert but trial and error has worked with this over last 2 years. Good luck
