Are Rallies Exempt ?

You don't have to belong to a centre to join a rally and this gives an opportunity for a relatively safe break for all concerned, especially as sites are very busy. 

Just to remind everyone that Covid rules differ in all the devolved nations, in Wales from Monday 13th Sept. Only 6 may gather indoors but up to 30 may meet outdoors.

Strange that the club is allowing Rallies, all the Rallies I was hoping to attend in the coming months including a one make Motorhome Rally on a C&CC site I was attending in October have already been cancelled or postponed.......

The Covid rules here in Wales are as clear as mud to me. 

It might be that the rallies found it hard to find volunteer marshals who were prepared to do the extra work required.
