Derbyshire Centre 50th Anniversary rally

Derbyshire Centre will be holdings its 50th anniversary celebration rally as part of the Derbyshire Centre week-long tour of Derbyshire. It will start with the 50th celebration rally at Catton Hall near Walton on Trent, Derbyshire, on the 27^th to 29^th July 2012 as detailed on page 101 of the March 2012 Caravan Club magazine’s Centre of the month article.  The 2^nd leg of the Derbyshire tour will move to Bakewell in the Peak District for five nights from the afternoon of Sunday 29^th July until Friday 3^rd August and will coincide with the Bakewell Show which will be held during the week.  Finally, the 3^rd leg of the Derbyshire tour will move onto Darley Dale, near Matlock, for the centre’s annual Griddle-feast rally.

The Derbyshire Centre would like to welcome all members from the Caravan Club to come and celebrate the Derbyshire Centre’s 50^th anniversary with us and maybe stay the full week to enjoy all that Derbyshire as to offer.   You can book on to all three rallies, a total of 10 days away in the beautiful county of Derbyshire, or just the individual rallies to suit your interests and time. 

The centre’s committee have organised a great action packed weekend for the 27^th to 29^th July 2012 to celebrate the 50th anniversary, for caravanners of all ages, with live bands in the evenings, a Derbyshire’s got talent competition, an afternoon tea dance, children’s entertainment and discos, dog show along with Caravan Club and Derbyshire Centre memorabilia and lots, lots more.
