Irish Holiday Rally 2019

Unfortunately you can't search the centre rallies by location, you might be able to spot a rally if you put in certain dates and check through the lists. For Northern Island you could check the Ulster Centre rally diary.

I wish the club would improve the rally search, it used to be easily searchable by location.

Here's a LINK to the centre details and this years rally programme. You'll get next years programme in the magazine if you are a centre member or hopefully it will be on line too. Members can join a centre of their choice not just their nearest.

Does anyone know if any Centre is running a holiday rally in Ireland next summer?

Contact the Irish Division of this Club and ask for their rally programme.

I should have added the Leinster and Munster centres to my first post.

I wonder if Martyn has found anything suitable?

When you do a search the club events are found by location but when you scroll right to the rally centre section search this doesn't give a location!

The ferries are no problem as they’re big Ro-Ros on the Stena routes and the staff are excellent at directing you. I’d probably look at crossing from Holyhead in your shoes as it's a much shorter route than that from Liverpool and the Irish Sea can be less than smooth at times. I consider the lounge upgrade to be well worth doing.

I can’t speak specifically about your van, Maggiore, but we didn’t remove ours and I’ve never seen anyone else do so on any ferry crossing we’ve used. Perhaps folk who use the cross Channel ferries might have an opinion.

You’ll have ample time in the queuing lanes to check with staff and remove it if necessary.

Go for it and enjoy, Maggiore. We're considering a return next year but it won’t be with a rally. We'll look up sites and book a few and take it as it comes.
