Not sure if they are doing anything in particular, RNR, but the Thetford Forest Club Site is adjacent to a WW2 Tank & Monument & I have, in the past, been entertained by Locals , Military , and Club members . So who knows what you will unearth if you ask the wardens.

If you cant find anything on the Gwent Centre web site, head to the Welsh Division web site and look under Events and there is an information leaflet and a link to the booking form on there.

For more general info on this subject, RnR, you could buy the MARCH edition of Vintage Spirit and / or Old Glory magazines.
They have both published handbooks with this months mag, which cover all sorts of events from tiny farm field shows up to the larger events put on by museums etc etc, plenty throughout the year and both indoor and out in the wet
