A Festival consideration?

We have just booked the " Review Festival " in Henley On Thames in August, a fun and fantastic event for anyone who loves 80's music and good food.

Having had quiet a time of it trying to find a pitch close by I was wondering if the Caravan Club had thought of approaching events such as this to lease land exclusively of or CC members to use for caravans and motorhomes during the event And on site?

I don't know how feasible this would be for the club to provide exclusive pitching areas for events like this one, I know the review festival in Henley offers glamping on the land for Yurts to hire for a hefty price, but if the club could negotiate with the festival to lease land for members only and create its own festival atmosphere within the camp which could be fun for all concerned with CClub flags and a presence on site to sign up new people to the club as advertisement too!

Could it be a consideration ?
