Anyone go to the Marquis caravan/motorhome event?

All I can say is 'what a non-event'. This was a highly advertised event at Marquis of Northampton . However, upon arrival, there were no signs, no welcome, only a disinterested girl on reception who when asked if we had to sign in or something, given we had to pre-register on-line, responded by saying did we want our free bag? A welcome drink was no where to be seen, until we spied a coffee machine, which when we asked, dispensed a cup of hot liquid. We wandered around the array of motorhomes and had a question for the staff. Two salesmen were supposed to be around, one talking to a customer, the other who knows where? We never got to pose our query. Another couple we spoke to had waited an hour to see someone and eventually gave up. There were only around 20 people on site when we we there. We left, very disappointed, it was just a normal sunday opening, no event. Fortunately we passed through Rockingham on our 2 hour round trip and stopped for an excellent roast lunch at the pub. Oh and by the way, the goodie bag had a pen, a plastic rain cape and a last years keyring!
