Competition from Camping and Caravan Club

The Caravan Club recently withdrew from the Braithwaite Fold site - a real gem. I see that the CCC is about to take over this site. If the CCC can make this work financially why cannot the Caravan Club. Members have lost access to one of the very best and most sought after sites on the network. I will now join CCC just to future access. I always considered the CC to be the organisation with most clout - looks not to be the case. Anyone else have a view?
