Ever since we came together as a group of like-minded enthusiasts back in 1907, our Club has continued a tradition of adventure and discovery that we should all be proud of. That’s why we’re embarking on a journey of investment in the future of our Club.

It is with great pleasure that on our 110th anniversary, we welcome you to the Caravan and Motorhome Club.

While we’re still the same Club you know and love, we’re making some changes for the better.
We’re redefining who we are and what we stand for, to better reflect our growing Motorhomer membership, and improving the way we help you enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

This is just the beginning; you can learn more about the exciting improvements we have in store at www.camc.com/discover

The cost on 1. The stickers, 2, sending them out with a covering letter alone and not including it with either the latest mag or the site directory.

3. The cost of changing all the signage, uniform and website etc.

It is absurd and to think that the general membership was not consulted and how much of my membership fee and bookings will be blown on this.

New logo is awful, stickers went straight in the bin.

If the club are struggling to to bring in new members and revenue then how about visiting the price structure and make it more attractive.

Disgusted by the waste of club funds, I don't mind what it is called but  don't waste my money on it.

Our younger grandson is a great fan of Lego Batman and therefore, so are we. Every time I look at the new logo, I see Batman's head with his cloak flying out behind him! Can't shake the image nowfrown

I would of thought that with a bit more thought, and consultation with the members that a better logo could of been chosen,  may be some one was eating a nice scoop of walls ice cream at the time !.

How come nothing was said In advance, first I heard about it was at the first day at the show, then at midday an e mail,  shouldn't the members had  a chance to have there views heard. May be if we all had time to go to the AGM, may be we would of found out or not.

As I have not received my March magazine, may be this is the new look club, things going wrong ?

Glad to see motorhomers finally recognised by the club but you have a long way to go to stop them feeling like second class citizens on site.

Why do we have to pay the same pitch fees for a single vehicle as the caravan, car and a monster awning next door? Most motorhomers don't have a car or an mega awning with them. Will the club look at this and perhaps provide reduced pitch sizes for motorhomes (not requiring this extra space) at a reduced cost?

Some of the rules that work well for caravans do not work well for motorhomes but we have to abide by them, reversing into pitches is an obvious one whether or not you have a UK or continental unit.

Sorry Harvglenn but most of the motorhomes I have seen do have cars with them along with canopies that extend just as far as awnings. What about the "drive-away" awnings that motorhomers use ??

Seems to me the answer is in your own hands  ----- buy a car and caravan !!!
