(Moved from Social Room)

Just opened my magazine that came today - I rarely read them but had five minutes so I thought I would have a look and I read that the RSPCA chosen as the partnership charity. Whilst I am very glad to see an animal charity chosen there are so many that do so much more than the useless RSPCA. How many times have they been contacted about animals, particularly horses and they do nothing while other people risk life and limb to save them. Fields where there are dead horses lying there for weeks that are supposedly  being ''monitored'' by the RSPCA, tethered mares that die foaling were likewise being ''monitored''. So many more instances I could quote.  Why couldnt they have chosen an animal charity that spends its money on animals not posh vans and huge offices...... Sorry - rant over but just had to say it.
