I seems that I am no longer getting E Mail confirmation of bookings and I have been unable to find a way of easily printing my booking on the Web Site.  Any help much appreciated.

Also when I view my list of bookings all I see is a reference number it would be beneficial if the site name was listed.

Now I am getting used to the new set up the above are my only 2 issues.

would suggest you use the booking system feedback form. Whether you will get an answer is another issue all together, but at least the club will be aware.

I have had a look and I can find no way of printing them, other than a screenshot and then it isn’t a proper confirmation as it lacks detail. The email confirmations are different to the old version, it now comprises a general letter with an attached pdf containing all the detail.

i am very old.  If I made a booking I would write the place and date on the kitchen calendar,  along with my hospital appointments, grandchildren’s birthdays and the day when the chimney sweep is coming. Not hard.

I presume the op wants evidence of his booking from the club not his own handwriting.

Steve mentions the pdf on the email confirmation and this should be ok to print out?

(I don't print out my bookings so haven't tested the system but you could also "save" the communication on your phone just in case you lose it from emails?)

Have you tried clicking on "print" via the three dots, top right hand corner of the page if you're on a laptop etc.

I don't have the advantage of making a booking yet I wonder what the final page looks like after completing the booking? If on a Windows PC or Laptop you could always use the Ctrl+P command (which is the same as Brue's three dots) to print what you see on the page? Perhaps the new system is not set up to send out confirmation emails, or is the Club trying to cut down on internet traffic? I would prefer some sort of printed acknowledgement. If as Steve says you get a .PDF of the booking they should be easy enough to print, or even save.

As Sreve said David. You get a short email confirmation but have to link to a pdf for the full details.

The pdf attachment which DSB shows below can be easily printed if wanted, or in the case of my iPad saved to iBooks. I assume there is something similar on other platforms.

However, trying to print it from the my bookings screen just does not work, which is why I mentioned a screen grab. I don’t have the three dots on a iPad, but if I request a print it would output it in a scrambled form over 8 pages.☹️

No I can't print " my booking" from my android phone either Steve, just tried it. If the print out is that long I'm glad I can't! wink So it's just the email attachment that's printable?
