Sadly my beloved husband passed away quite suddenly last month and I’m in the middle of contacting banks, building societies etc.

I suddenly thought about CAMC membership and I can’t find how to notify the club so we don’t get a new membership card for him at renewal date.

have tried to search and checked my membership page (I’m the ‘main’ member) but I can’t find hoe.

Anyone help?  Not sure what I’m doing with the camper yet, first instinct was to sell but maybe I can still do some limited camping on my own this summer and see how it goes.

Go into Membership at the top of page, scroll right down to the bottom and it has "Contact Us". Click on that then click on membership and you can either email them or live chat.

My condolences on your sudden loss.

Hope you get things sorted.

Condolences from both me & EmilysMum .... 😒

Re keeping/selling your camper. I agree with you in that you should have a go solo .... easy for to say I know .... but what could possibly go wrong πŸ˜‰ I'm sure you'd get any help you needed.

Please accept my condolences, AnnB, sorry to read of your loss. Hope you are able to go use your Motorhome, there are plenty on sites who will give you assistance should you need any and are willing to ask for help.

Thank you everyone for your replies.  It’s been a tough few weeks as it was only 4 weeks from diagnosis to his passing.

Have decided to keep the campervan and joined a couple of ‘ladies’ only campervan Facebook groups.  Thinking most of my trips will be on CAMC sites as I’m familiar with the set up and I’ve always found site managers and other campers helpful.

so if you see a single woman of a certain age in an Orange camper with a little dog (named Sorrel) on your travels this summer please say hi!
