hi i'm new to the club and had my first adventure at Great Yarmouth Race course and i must say was well impressed with the site, can i just ask, i have just received my starter pack welcoming me to the club, do you get a membership card with number on as only received my number on paper when i joined the club

Yes, there will be membership card(s). I believe the app can double up as a digital card too.
If visiting other sites without your card, the staff will still be able to recognise you via the computer system.

We are having to use the Membership card function on the App at the moment. Should have had our new cards by now, but got a couple of emails saying there was a problem. To be honest, not missing the cards. I used the App today in Mountain Warehouse for my discount with no problem. Didn’t even get asked for a card here at Marazion, but it will all be on system. I think the cards are usually sent separate to the Membership pack🤔
