My site bookings

I have just logged onto my site bookings and all the bookings I have made for this year have disappeared. Is the booking system having technical issues.

It might be device specific. I could see them on Android, switched to laptop and they were missing. I pressed refresh and they're back. You might need to do this several times if switching on and off.

I cancelled a booking this morning and re booked a different site.. new booking is showing but all my others have disappeared.  They were showing this morning up to this change..  tried the live chat but no operators available.. worrying..

 I think it might be - I'm using a Mac with Big Sur OS and Chrome browser and not had a problem - checked first thing this morning and they were all there and they still are.  Had to wait in a queue to make another booking about half an hour ago and this site is slower than ever.

Amazing that in this day and age a business such as the CAMC cannot provide a decent booking system. I booked 2 weeks in May on a commercial site this morning and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It should not matter what device you are using everything should be compatible, lots of people may only have 1 device undecided

My sincere apologies about the issues you are experiencing with your bookings not displaying in My Profile. We are aware of this and are working to resolve this ASAP so you can view your bookings.

Mine are all back. I decided to log out  delete all cookies and browsing data from the last 24hrs and log back in. Hey presto they all appear. Could be a coincidence though and HQ  have actually solved the problem. In which case, thanks.
