Could be device specific. It works on my iPad, at least for changing the slider bars, not tried the photo. However, it clearly isn’t working properly, as it asks for the password again, even though I’m logged in. If I ignore this request it disappears and I am able to change / save. If I put it in everything locks up.

Thanks Steve, I have jsut tried it again and it appears to now be ok, at least it takes me to the last step which of course I do not want to make. Did someone in IT see my note?

Ooops hang on a minute something strange is going on. It works straight from a new log on but not if you try to access My profile from the Club Together pages?

It seems to work ok straight from logging on if you click on "My profile information" and also from "My Profile" in the top right menu line but not from "My Profile" under Useful Info on the Club Together pages. Something has changed because I recall the "My profile" in the top left menu used to take you to your Club profile and the one under Useful Info used to only take take you direct to your CT profile.

Until now I've not been able to change the photo on my Android phone but I've just used a resized photo on "my profile/photo change and it appears to be working. The main thing is still to reduce the size first. This also works on my laptop (chromebook.) Hope this is helpful?
Ha ha there is either a delay ( or a refresh needed?)

I think changing a profile photo is still, unfortunately, device specific. Although I've changed my photo twice this morning using my Android phone the updates have only appeared via my Chromebook. Don't know what device the OP is using but help from CAMC IT would be useful!

I have just change my profile picture (temporarily) with no problems using the "My Profile" link at the top of the page in the menu line using W10 and Firefox. It definitely will not work if you try and use "My profile" just under the "Useful info" banner.
