Threads disappeared

I noticed that when I went to check if anything had happened. I had it open in a tab.

I did report your last post in the hope that it would get a response.

I also made a comment regarding a call to you at 1728 with no message left, when phone lines close/end of the day is at 1730. Not much in the way of customer service for any organisation. I take it you've not had a call??

We're not members anymore but I'm not impressed with your treatment and the fact that when I tried to refresh the open tab I got the wrong way signs. And thought as you why had it gone? I was optimistically hoping to read your issue had been resolved.

It has but the way in which anticipated reporting the outcome and thanking Rowena for helping us now pointless. I am afraid the club has much to learn about customer and member service. 

So did the issue get resolved, if so what was the outcome.

The thread is still there but it has been hidden from view, by whom and for what reason I don't know. Having said that it was about a personal issue between you and the Club and whilst others may have had a view it is not often helpful when others start to comment without knowing the full facts. It would be best to take it up direct with Rowena direct as questioning moderating decisions is actually against the T&C's of the forum. By all means report back the outcome of your issue in a new thread but I will close this one so that we don't get into a elongated discussion on the pros and cons of moderation.
