What a faff.

I've just tried to find a CL that we have recently stayed at so that I could write a good review for it. Unfortunately the new website format is anything but user friendly. I know the name of the CL. I know the address of the CL but there appears to be know way of finding the CL on the site using this criteria. With the new system one has to go on 'Find a Campsite' and then go through the pictorial list of counties (about six per page I think) then find the town nearest to where the CL is situated. If the CL is equidistant from a number of towns, which one should be chosen?  Whoever redesigned the website obviously has never tried to use it. Please CaMC, revert back to the previous easy to use format.

John I can't understand your post.

I can find the C.L. by accessing it through UK holidays, search for a C.L. and it then gives me the prompt to insert the name of the site. Simple.

Yes, Wherenext, you are right. What I'd missed was the 'Search and Book a CL' tab which made it straightforward.

The quickest way to find any named site or CL is to type the name into the search box at the top of this page, next to the menu search.

The website has been carefully crafted to be as counter intuitive and user unfriendly as possible. It’s even driven by a Sinclair ZX And a 1.2k dial up modem.

Not forgetting the ‘goof bot’ that’s been installed that randomly chooses threads to render inaccessible just for the fun of it🤷🏻‍♂️. Never a good idea to buy software from the £1 store☹️

You need not do all that. Just type the name of the CL into Google.

That is how I find many things on CMC website. Easier than trawling through this site by far

Come on now. It has got the  "power user" 16K memory.
