where are the incentives to use the club sites out of season, do the club management read these discussion pages and take on board members views?  wifi on club sites should be free to members, most uk and sites abroad offer free wifi, or at a nominal cost, I'm in France at the moment and so far have only paid for wifi once and that was on an english run site and was less than 1 euro a day anyway with unlimited access, the most expensive camp site has been 14 euro a night for us large twin axle, 2 adults a dog and electricity, and there have been no penalties or nasty letters about changing a reservation, furthermore, people next to us had to pay 25 pounds a night for thier pitch because they booked it through the club, we paid 14 euro!  I've had a nasty letter from the club about cancelling a reservation why not just send them to those that fail to notify sites and strike them off their books instead of the ludicrous carte blanche approach.   So come on management, where have the incentives gone to?
