Who owns the Club

I don’t really care who “owns” the Club , but I know it won’t be me liable for anything if it went pear shaped ..........

That's why the majority of clubs in the UK are registered  as Ltd companies, as that protects the ordinary members against any financial costs ,if the club goes into liquidation

The time to worry will be when CC Ltd gets bought by some faceless hedge fund from the Cayman Islands and we all end up sold into slavery or something.

Are you thinking what happened to the AA and RAC

It's not as if this and the ccc have not been "looked at"

It would need the membership to agree,

As with the above clubs , the members found to their cost, how poor the short term gain to them was (not just the absence  of salutes 

Not in the least bit interested in " Who owns the Club " as long as I can get pitches on the sites I want when I want !! 

And you think pitches are expensive now

Never complained about such things in the past  JVB, and I won't in the future as long as you lot keep contributing to my Pension fund
