I am writing this  with a feeling of sadness. I have used the CC Insurance since I started caravanning 25 years ago. Every year I used to  get quotes from other companies to ensure my deal with the CC  was  keeping up with current trends. This year however I have obtained a cheaper quote  with more benefits for me from a reputable company. So I rang  the club to cancel my insurance. It was received without  any comment at all. She did not ask any reason for my leaving or try to convince me to stay. She appeared to have no sales experience at all,she produced my file to cancel the policy so surely she could see my history that I had been a longstanding  customer of the CC insurance.I was not expecting any thank you's but surely when you lose a customer you try to find the reason why they are leaving in an attempt to improve services if they need it. Does this mean it is a daily occurance and they are used to  cancellations ?

How can the system improve  with this lack of care ,concern and initiative. She did say thank you for informing us.  Is it any wonder Great Britain is falling in World standards......
