caravan club insurance

over the last couple of days i have dealing with the CC Insurance section and i am not a happy chappie. trying to get through on the phones impossible and trying to sort out a simple discrepancy with my policy as proved to be a nightmare resulting in me cancelling the policy with financial loss to me caused by the CC clubs poor customer relationship....... as a result of my experiances i will be writing to the ombudsman regarding there practices....and warn potential CC insurance customer to be very aware.The only practice they carried out efficiantly was taking money from my account
