Insurance contact number

That's the only number I have for caravan insurance claims. The Caravan Insurance number is 01342 336610 and Motorhome Insurance is 0345 5040334, these numbers are on your membership card; I am sure they would direct you to the Claims Dept. The Red Pennant claim number is 020 8865 3122 if that helps. 

For calls from abroad you would drop the 0 and substitutes 044 which is the international dialing code for the UK.

BTW it's 0044 plus number dropping the first 0!

Scott, not sure if this will help, but if you go to the top header bar and select “Caravan Cover” the bottom section gives you more information on making claims and assistance.

My  card gives 0345 5040334 as the number for Motorhome Insurance.

This is something that was noted in a recent review of the policy wording, and we will be correcting this in the next reprint, which will be happening within the next couple of months.

Will we also get an update with ref to the reports from yesterday regarding caravan cover and  contact with the ombudsman

Does this mean there is a different number to call from Europe or do you just mean you will print the same phone number but in a 'call from abroad' format, ie 00 44 345 604 4461.

Either way, the policy documents I was given in 2022 still just have the accident helpline in the format: 0345 604 4461.

Ask them.  Motorhome insurance office will be open tomorrow Sunday from 10 till 4 pm and Red Pennant emergency line open all the time.
